Privacy policy

The Deutsche Börse Group member companies fully appreciate the importance of the personal data entrusted to them. As with all our business processes, the protection of your privacy when processing personal data is an important concern to us and one to which we pay special attention. Personal data are only ever collected, processed and used in accordance with the data protection regulations of the country in which the company responsible for the data processing is based.

Collection and processing of personal data

When you visit our websites, our web servers only save the address of your Internet service provider (IP or URL), the name of the website from which you are connecting to us, the Deutsche Börse Group website you visit and the date and duration of your visit. Other personal data such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail address are only required if you contact us directly or wish to register for a newsletter or a closed user group. Which data are collected in the different input masks depends on the individual input fields. Mandatory fields are indicated. All other entries are voluntary.

Use of Social Plugins - Twitter

Our website uses a social plugin (“plugin”) provided by the social network Twitter.com, operated by Twitter Inc., 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA (“Twitter”).

When you visit a page of our website that contains a social plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to Twitter servers. Twitter directly transfers the plugin content to your browser which embeds the latter into the website, enabling Twitter to receive information about your having accessed the respective page of our website. Use and disclosure of personal data and specification of purpose

We will treat as confidential all data, whether automatically collected or provided to us by you, and will not disclose or sell data to third parties outside Deutsche Börse Group. We only use your personal data to answer your queries, provide a service requested by you or for internal statistical purposes.

Upon request we, Deutsche Börse Group, will inform you in writing and in accordance with the applicable law if and which personal data we have stored relating to you. Should such data be inaccurate, despite our efforts to keep data correct and up to date, we will correct that information at your request.
